LK Healing offers hand-crafted, full-spectrum RSO (Rick Simpson Oil) tinctures, creams, and related wellness products. All products are:
- Produced in small batches in the United Kingdom
- Lab-tested where applicable; Certificates of Analysis (COA) available upon request
- Intended for adult use only and sold as botanical extracts / wellness supplements
We strive to display product descriptions and images accurately, but we do not warrant that descriptions, pricing, or other content is error-free. We reserve the right to correct errors and update information without prior notice.
3. Orders & Payment
- All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
- Prices are listed in GBP (£) and are subject to change without notice.
- Payment is processed through secure third-party gateways. We do not store your full payment card details.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including orders suspected of fraud, unauthorized resale, or violation of these Terms.
4. Shipping & Delivery
- We ship within the United Kingdom. International shipping may be available on request.
- Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond our control.
- Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.
5. Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns on opened items. If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@lkhealing.com. We will evaluate each case fairly and, where appropriate, offer a replacement or refund.
6. Health Disclaimer
Important: Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. They have not been evaluated by the MHRA (Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency) or FDA.
